1. Scope
This policy applies to the wiezon corporate website. For personal information used in registration, transactions and settlement for individual payment services, please refer to that service's privacy policy and contract.

2. Business inquiries
With your consent, we process information to receive your inquiry, understand your request, respond and maintain inquiry records.
- Required: company name, contact person's name, business email and consent to the collection and use of personal information
- Optional: phone number, website, inquiry subject, service of interest and project details
- Submission records: reference number, submission time and consent notice version
- Retention: 365 days from submission
Information is processed in the website submission database and wiezon's inquiry system so that the relevant team can review your inquiry. This form does not automatically share inquiry information with other group companies.
3. Job applications
With your consent, we process information to receive talent pool applications, review candidates and contact applicants.
- Required: name, email, work experience, résumé link and consent to the collection and use of personal information
- Optional: phone number, introduction and additional message
- Submission records: reference number, submission time and consent notice version
- Retention: 180 days from submission
This website accepts a shared résumé link rather than a direct file upload. We review the linked résumé for recruitment purposes. Please do not include resident registration numbers, health information or other details unnecessary for recruitment review.
4. Purchase protection enrollment checks
The business registration number and service registration number you enter are sent to wiezon's enrollment verification system to display the result. These numbers are not retained in the website inquiry or application database.
5. Website usage information and language preferences
We count page views, consultation page visits, inquiry submissions and accepted inquiries, phone and email clicks, and other defined events by day to improve the website and assess advertising. Counts include the channel, source, medium, registered campaign and keyword, landing page, current page, page language and screen size category. Aggregate data is retained for 365 days.
These statistics do not store IP addresses, cookies, user or device identifiers, full page URLs, original referrer URLs, names, contact details, inquiry content or receipt references. To retain referral context between pages, the browser tab stores only attribution information without identifiers in sessionStorage for up to 30 minutes. This collection is disabled when the browser sends a Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.
Search query impression and click statistics supplied by search services are reviewed only in aggregate and are not linked to individual visits or inquiry records.
To limit repeated requests, the server temporarily checks IP addresses and request times in memory. This rate-limiting information is not stored in the website submission database.
Your selected language and dismissal of language suggestions are stored in your browser's local storage. You can remove these preferences by clearing site data in your browser. The website remains usable without storing these preferences.
6. Retention periods and deletion
The website submission database is checked daily to remove inquiries older than 365 days and applications older than 180 days. Electronic submission records are deleted from the database, with the deleted storage space overwritten.
When you request withdrawal of consent or deletion, we verify your identity and the scope of the request before taking action. If information must be retained under another law, we will explain the applicable basis and retention period.
7. Your rights and refusal of consent
You or an authorized representative may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing or withdrawal of consent. Please contact us using the details below with your request and reference number. We may verify your identity or your representative's authority to the extent needed to process the request.
You may refuse consent to the collection and use of inquiry or application information. Without consent to process the required information, the relevant online submission is unavailable. Optional fields may be left blank.
8. Information protection and contact
Website submissions are kept in storage separate from public pages. Inquiry and application content is not exposed through public lookup routes. We check submission formats and lengths and limit repeated requests.
