Frequently asked questions

Can we connect our existing chargers?

We support OCPP-based charger integration. We check the standards and interfaces each model supports and agree on which existing management functions to retain.

Do you support remote charger control and updates?

We integrate remote troubleshooting and software updates. Available commands and update methods depend on device capabilities and permissions, so we coordinate interfaces with the manufacturer.

Can we integrate payments separately?

We review billing, usage flows and payment interfaces in your current charger management system. Payment integration can be defined as a separate development project.

Are installation and on-site callouts included?

Software integration, equipment installation and on-site support have distinct responsibilities. The contract defines the roles of the site operator, equipment provider and wiezon, including maintenance conditions.
