Personal data collection and use
This guide applies to project consultation applications.
Who collects your information and why
wiezon processes submitted information to receive your project inquiry, understand your request, respond and maintain inquiry records.

Required: company name, contact name, business email and consent. Optional: phone number, website, subject, service of interest and project details. A reference number and submission timestamp are generated for inquiry management. Do not include sensitive or payment information.
Retention and use period
Information is retained for one year from submission. The website database automatically removes expired records through daily cleanup. If you withdraw consent or request deletion, we confirm the details needed to process the request and delete the relevant information.
Refusal and withdrawal of consent
You may refuse consent, in which case your application for website consultation will be restricted. Withdrawal of consent, viewing, correction and deletion can be requested by contacting cs@wiezon.com or +82-2-851-2331.
Provision and Access
Inquiry information is stored privately for consultation purposes. This form does not automatically share information with other group companies. Submissions are also sent to wiezon’s existing inquiry system for review by the responsible team.
Homepage usage statistics
We count page views, consultation page visits, inquiry submissions and accepted inquiries, phone and email clicks, and other defined events by day to improve the website and assess advertising. Counts include the channel, source, medium, registered campaign and keyword, landing page, current page, page language and screen size category. Aggregate data is retained for 365 days.
These statistics do not store IP addresses, cookies, user or device identifiers, full page URLs, original referrer URLs, names, contact details, inquiry content or receipt references. To retain referral context between pages, the browser tab stores only attribution information without identifiers in sessionStorage for up to 30 minutes. This collection is disabled when the browser sends a Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.
